Financial Assessment – Develop a report that provides an overall assessment of the organization’s financial history and future outlook. Focus would be on cost containment and revenue generation opportunities.
Systems Assessment – Develop a working plan to define budgets, organizational charts, job descriptions, operations and policies/procedures manuals.
Organizational Assessment – (Collective Intelligence)
Coordinate the creation of an action plan based on input from the staff that involves cohesive empowerment across the team. This would include on-site training sessions and “all hands” action planning meetings where staff input and buy-in is essential.

- Core Purposes - Develop a report depicting staff perceptions of shared vision, mission, goals, objectives, current needs and challenges and future opportunities for program enhancement. This exercise would combine work that has already been completed with additional input as needed.
- Core Values – Conduct peer evaluation based on a set of character values that the organization stands behind and believes in. The results would be used to clarify perceived strengths and areas of potential improvement for staff members.
