Phase I. Perception Value Assessment (PVA)
We call this the Perception Value Assessment because we are assessing value by listening to your perceptions. We call the information we gather Collective Intelligence, because your perceptions hold valuable insights for the company and for the team. The forms don’t take too much time and are easy to complete. Your identity and the answers are kept confidential.
a. We review the results of the Perception Value Assessment and begin the implementation of collective action planning with Client management. The focus will be on employee morale, customer satisfaction, and net profitability.
Phase III. Executive Workshop / All Hands Meeting.
a. Work with client management to develop a 90-day performance plan for each member of the organization.
Phase V. Integrated Development Plans Created and Delivered.
a. Train management in the process of creating integrated development plans for all employees. Assist management in the review and delivery of plans to employees to enhance the skills necessary to drive positive and proactive action.
Phase VI. Integrated Performance Evaluation Creation and Delivered.

- We first take a look at the area we call CORE PURPOSES; we work to get everyone’s input and agreement about the direction of the company and what needs to be changed or enhanced.
- We then look at an area we call CORE VALUES; we get everyone’s perceptions about teaming so that we can help build positive employee-team relationships and communication.

- We meet with executives in a larger company or all employees in a smaller company to gain clarity and ownership of Client’s collective vision, mission, and goals and objectives. Results of the PVA are shared with the team. Creation of action plans in the areas of employee morale, customer satisfaction and net profitability are set in motion.
